OCC (Optimum Clearing Core) is comprehensive clearing and settlement software. It re-engineers cash flow across the capital market: obligations are netted, settlement instructions are prepared for the settlement bank and the depository, fails are handled and participants receive their reporting electronically, without paper.
A dynamic, operation-based rules engine and computational dynamic modules give it speed and flexibility, so clearing logic can change without rebuilding the system. It connects directly to banking systems and includes a standard conversion engine with IBM AS/400 connectivity.
